Do they know it’s Christmas?
Band Aid (Wortspiel des Markennamens eines Heftpflasters und den englischen Wörtern für Mu-sikgruppe und Hilfe) war ein Bandprojekt internationaler Popstars, das im Jahr 1984 von Bob Geldof und Midge Ure mit dem Ziel gegründet wurde, Geld für die Opfer der Hungersnot in Äthiopien zu sammeln. Am 29. November 1984 wurde die Single «Do They Know It’s Christmas?» in Grossbritannien veröffentlicht. Der Song erreichte in 13 Ländern Platz 1. Nach dem Erfolg von Band Aid organisierte Bob Geldof am 13. Juli 1985 ein weltumspannendes Benefiz-Konzert Live Aid. Am ersten Band-Aid-Projekt wirkten u. a. Shaggy
Mr Boombastic
Shaggy (22. Oktober 1968 in Kingston, eigentlich Orville Richard Burrell) ist ein jamaikanischer Reggae-Pop-Musiker. Den Spitznamen Shaggy erhielt er nach eigenen Angaben bereits als kleines Kind wegen seiner Haare (engl. shaggy „struppig“). Aufgewachsen in eher ärmlichen Verhältnissen, wanderte er mit 18 nach Brooklyn in die USA aus. Kurz darauf veröffentlichte er dort seine beiden ersten Singles Mample und Big Up. Mit 20 Jahren trat er in das Marine Corps der USA ein und musste 1991 nach Kuwait, wo er während des Zweiten Golfkrieges stationiert war. Nach seiner Rückkehr vom Persischen Golf entschloss er sich, seine musikalische Karriere weiterzuverfolgen. 1995 folgte die Single Boombastic. Das gleichnamige Album erhielt den Grammy Award für das «Beste Reggae-Album 1996». Als kleine Motivationsspritze für diese Woche hat sich die Klasse DHF1b dieses Lied gewünscht. (http://wikipedia.de)

Wie genau setze ich Ziele, die ich erreichen kann?
Wer den Wunsch hat abzunehmen, sollte sich realistische Ziele setzen, denn die Hauptursache für Frustration sind nicht erreichte Ziele.
